Private Residence: Entry Porch/Exterior Improvements

This home had an unappealing uncovered entry that was raised up from the street, and did not allow for the front yard neighborhood connection to the surrounding family neighborhood. There was also a wish to update the exterior aesthetic with minimal financial investment. The front porch steps down slowly to allow the primary deck level to be just above the front yard connecting kids and family to the neighborhood. The exterior improvements were done by eliminating shutters, painting the trim and garage doors, installing a new front door with a stronger aesthetic and improved daylighting.
