Private Cottage

This was a complete gut renovation of a small 400 sf seaside cottage.
It contains a Kitchen, Bathroom, 2 double Bedrooms, combined Dining and Living Room and Loft. Due to the historic status of the cottage, no exterior changes were able to be made. All interior renovations had to work with existing window sizes and locations. The primary focus of this project was to open up the space to daylight and ocean views, maximize the small amount of space for the maximum use. We did this by providing customized built in storage and laundry under beds and in all nooks. We also provided a loft space with additional storage tucked in the roof eaves.
